Refund policy

At Go Grab Cart, we believe online shopping should be easy and worry-free. If your order isn't exactly what you expected, we'll do our best to make things right.

Our Return Policy

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Items that show signs of use, have been damaged after delivery, or are missing their original packaging may not be accepted.

If We Made a Mistake

Although every order is carefully checked before shipment, mistakes can occasionally happen.

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged or defective, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send us your order number along with a few clear photos, and we'll review your request as quickly as possible. If the issue is confirmed, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

How Refunds Work

Once your returned item reaches us, we'll inspect it and notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are sent back using your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Received the wrong product?

If the requested item is available, we'll be happy to arrange an exchange. If it's out of stock, we'll issue a refund instead.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or because the item is defective, we'll cover the return shipping costs.

For returns requested for personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin preparing orders shortly after they're placed, so cancellations or changes are only possible before your order has been processed for shipment.
